Pointer Rescue -- helping to make a difference

Barnaby has been adopted

"Barnaby" is a five-year-old orange and white male, currently living in the Herkimer County Humane Society in Mohawk, New York. He is already neutered and current on his vaccinations. He gets along well with cats. He shows some pointing instinct, but the shelter doesn't know if he has ever been trained or hunted with.

Barnaby arrived at the shelter as a stray in March, 2000 and has lived there ever since. The Shelter staff describes Barnaby as a sweet, loving dog who likes to kiss. They want to get the word out this hidden jewel, because they know Barnaby will make the right home very happy.

If you think you have that special home, contact the Herkimer County Humane Society at 315-866-3255. You can also email Teira, or contact her by phone at 315-895-5343 for more information.
