Pointer Rescue -- helping to make a difference

Hunted down a new home

Hunter and Tracker were found together and placed int he Smithtown Animal Shelter in Smithtown, New York. Both Hunter and Tracker are black and white males, between 1- and 2-years-old. Little is known about them, since they were picked up as strays. According to the shelter, Hunter is more social than Tracker, but Tracker is more affectionate. They are very bonded to one another and Tracker seems lost without Hunter (although Hunter seems to do well on his own). They have been good with other dogs and are current on their vaccinations.

If you would like more information on either Hunter or Tracker, email Kathy at sasac410@aol.com, or contact the shelter at 631-360-7575, 410 East Main Street, Smtihtown, NY 11787.
