Willie is a very sweet boy, despite the way he was treated by his former owner. He was a box dog in a back yard who was occassionally used for bird hunting. He is playful, very energetic and loves to look for birds. He needs lots of exercise and basic obedience training. He is eager to please and will attach himself easily to anyone who will give him the love and attention he deserves. He is excellent around children - his foster family includes a 4 and 6 year old. He is not housetrained yet, but would respond well to crate training. He is living in the foster families backyard, but is now free to roam the yard at will. I tested him and found him to not be food/toy aggressive. He can be touched every where on his person, and loves his belly to be rubbed. Overall, he is a keeper!
