Puppy! Puppy!
Little Caeser was surrendered to our Rescue Group- Second Chance PAL. His owner left him with a friend to watch for a week and never came back. The family who was watching him had no time for him and he was living in the basement/garage/backyard.
Little Caeser has no known problems or issues, just normal puppy behaviors as he has had no formal training. He is surprisingly well-socialized and very friendly will all people, just has no manners.
