Jake Needs a New Home
This poor boy was found stray in Peachland, NC. Thanks to some dedicated volunteers, he made his way all the way to Michigan. A vet exam showed him to have a broken and infected toe on his right front paw; the vet felt it was most likely from some kind of trap. Thankfully, he has fully healed with some rest and antibiotics! He has gained weight and is in good health.
Jake is a little shy, but a very sweet dog. He was very timid when he got here, and has really come out of his shell. He loves other dogs, is housetrained, crate trained, and is just an all around good boy.
