Pointer Rescue -- helping to make a difference

Quill Needs Help!

Quill was rescued from a high kill shelter, with quills in his snout wearing a training collar. We searched for his owners with no luck. He is in need of a job. He is not being worked as he should and is not doing well in our Foster Care System. He would benefit from a breed rescue that is better able to meet his needs.

Quill is good with other dogs, good with cats and other animals and appears to have had basic obedience training. His few bad habits (inappropriate chewing, counter-surfing) are most likely due to an excess of energy that is not unusual in a young Pointer.

Quill needs to find a new foster or forever home. If you are interested in fostering him for PRO, please complete a PRO Volunteer Form and indicayte your interest in fostering Quill.
