Pointer Rescue -- helping to make a difference

PRO's Summer Surprise

Hi, my name is Courtney and I bet you are wondering how I ended up here with Pointer Rescue Organization. I was accidentally switched to the wrong vet clinic where another Pointer puppy was to be rescued and transported. I guess no one noticed I was not a Pointer before I was put on transport to my Ohio foster home. My blend is probably a little of the Terrier breed with a short and smooth black and white coat and medium size at about 35 pounds. It's all okay because I like this new place much better than a dog shelter and my foster mom thinks I am the perfect candidate for a home with kids. She is also quite certain that I was someones pet in my former life as I know all about being in the house and have had no accidents. I do pretty good at getting in my crate too.

A home with a fenced yard, school age children or another dog my size to play with would be ideal. I would be okay too in a condo where my new family would walk me and take me to a dog park for lots of play and exercise time. Since I am probably 2 years old, I behave very well and am a bit of a Velcro dog, always wanting to be where the human action is.

I am already spayed and since I just arrived, my foster family will insure all my vaccinations are current before I am adopted. If you were looking for a Pointer but know the perfect family for me, would you please have them complete a adoption application so my foster mom can tell them more about me?
