Lemmy the Lemon-head
Lemmy (2 years old, fostered in New York)
Hi, Iím Lemmy!!! Iím looking for a forever family, do you think that could be you? My old owner said I was his ďhuntiní buddyĒ and kept me in a kennel with my friend Annie. Then he got sick and we went to a scary shelter. One day some nice people picked us up and after a loooong drive I made it to my foster house. It was scary going inside for the first time, but now Iím an old pro at home liviní!
There are several other dogs here and I get along with all of them. We enjoy playing fun games like chase, Pointer wrestlemania and fetch. They also have an old kitty cat here. I keep trying to gently invite her to play, but she isnít really the playing type, thatís ok, I still like her. I really love to go for walks, especially if we will be walking in the woods. Boy do I like to sniff everywhere I go, you never know where you might find a bird! My old owner did some hunting training with me and I wouldnít mind going for hunts with my new family (as long as I could take a nap on the couch afterwards!).
I love to play with toys. In the evening every dog gets a nylabone and has a good chew session before bed. I also like to chase balls or fetch rope bones. I donít mind going into my crate when my foster family leaves, I donít even make a peep.
If you think that I might be the right dog for you please fill out an adoption application to learn more about me!
