Meet Chase. He is a four-year-old liver and white handsome boy. He is a little underweight at around 40 lbs currently. He is good with other dogs, in fact, will probably do better in a home with other dogs. We have not had the opportunity to test him with cats yet.
Chase was fostered from an outdoor rescue in north Florida in early April. We do not have any information about his life prior to the rescue. He is extremely timid. Any loud noise or sudden movement will frighten him. His foster family is working to acclimate him to family/house living and he is slowly adjusting. He does crave attention but is not sure how to react to it when offered. He is slowly coming around. Chase is “semi” house trained. We have had a couple accidents inside but again, he is learning. He is a good car rider once you can get him in. A home with a secure yard would be best for him, as he likes being outside.
Chase is pretty low key pointers go, but he would really love a friendly playful canine companion in a potential furever home
