Pointer Rescue -- helping to make a difference

Jackson has a new home

Jackson is a year old liver and white male. He was found by a veterinarian after being hit by a car, treated for minor injuries, neutered, given all his shots, and is being boarded by the veterinarian until he finds a home.

Since the vet clinic has had Jackson they say he is very sweet, walks quietly on a lead, doesn't mess in his kennel, is a little tentative with men until he gets to know them, and is afraid of thunderstorms (he shakes during the storm). It is believed that the dog probably would not make a good hunting dog.

For more information, call the Jackson County Vet Clinic during business hours and ask about him. The number is (816) 252-7111.
